It’s just as well I’m keeping this little Ramadan blog because it’s helping me keep track of the day’s. Knowing me I would get mixed up before reaching the number 10 and be having to count the day’s on a calendar or something. Typical me.
It is the 6th day now but I’m writing this for yesterday because I got busy with some things that I actually hadn’t planned to do and really shouldn’t have been doing because I had something to be getting on with but as it involved numbers and I just wanted to paint I ended up doing neither. So easily distracted, tut tut.
I leave you with a really good quick but effective work out. The 60 second wall.squat was a killer for me on this one.
