I did these prints just over a week ago. I was so busy with the upcoming Eid and work that I totally forgot to blog it. I just remembered! Over a week later, ha!

I managed to.do.some.printing on Sunday. Stuck to blue only and printed on Samsung phone cases, glass jars and my table top.
All phone covers will be available for sale through my Etsy shop or you can email me at email@example.com. They are £6 each and the profits will be going towards my food for Syria fundraiser.
Textile design ‘African Green’ in different colours. Something new that I’m working on with a number of my sketches is changing their colours. I am also working on changing a number of sketches into blank and white for a children’s colouring book for kids aged 7-12 inshaAllah.

I was busy doing some boring but necessary Home work today since that I need to do my business plan.
I’m just itching to paint and I quite fancy doing some print making which I hope to spend my Saturday afternoon doing inshaAllah (God willing).
My son did some really amazing robot drawings today that I just had to share. I love the detail. 🙂
I ate a simple salad with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, celery, rice and salmon. It was very refreshing and nice. It occurred to me today that I haven’t had any meat since the beginning of Ramadan. I know that’s only three days which isn’t long but had I eaten out I probably would’ve eaten meat. I think it’s a good thing to lay off the meat. It really isn’t necessary to eat meat every day. It’s amazing how far a little of the right food goes. 🙂
Then eat of what Allah has provided for you which is lawful and good. And be grateful to Allah, if it is indeed Him that you worship. Surah An-Nahl:114
I love this new piece, one of my latest ink pallets as I call them. Its like a rainbow and I like the subtle details in it.
Mono print on board
OK I was working on this new abstract painting on Sunday. When I took this picture it was still wet and I thought to myself ‘this is so done! Its so finished!’ Why? Mainly because I was feeling pleased with myself after having a whole day to paint and chillax my brain just feeling my way through the paint. Anyways, the paintings dry now and while I look at it I can’t help thinking to myself that I quite fancy adding something to the bottom half. Hmm…
